30-Day Return Policy

We want you to love your Zack & Elle jewelry. If you're not completely satisfied, we make returns simple.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
Items must be unworn and in original condition with all packaging and documentation (including IGI certificate).
We issue a full refund to your original payment method — no restocking fees, no questions asked.

Return Shipping

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
We provide an insured FedEx return label for your peace of mind. The cost of the label will be deducted from your refund.
All returns must be shipped with signature required on delivery.

Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.

Custom or engraved pieces
Items returned after 30 days
Items showing signs of wear or damage not present at delivery

IGI Certificate Requirement

To be eligible for a refund, all returned items must include the original matching IGI certificate provided with the purchase. The certificate number and details must correspond exactly to the returned stone. Returns received without the original matching IGI certificate, or with a certificate that does not match the stone, may be denied and deemed ineligible for a refund. All returned items are inspected upon arrival at our office before refunds are approved.
