- Order fulfillment: To process and ship your order via FedEx, and send order confirmations and shipping updates.
- Customer support: To respond to inquiries via Shopify Inbox (live chat) and email.
- Marketing: With your consent, to send promotional emails via Klaviyo. You may unsubscribe at any time.
- Reviews: If you submit a product review, your name and review content are processed through Judge.me.
- Analytics & advertising: We use Google Analytics 4 to understand site traffic and behavior. We use Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API to measure and optimize ad performance on Facebook and Instagram. These tools may use cookies and hashed data.
4. Payment processing
All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments. We do not store your full card number. Shopify Payments is PCI-DSS compliant.
5. Shipping
Orders are shipped via FedEx. Your name, address, and order details are shared with FedEx solely for fulfillment purposes.
