Refund policy

30-Day Returns

We want you to love your Zack & Elle purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method.

• All returns require prior approval. Text, call, or email us to start your return.
• We will issue you a prepaid, fully insured FedEx return label. A $75 return shipping and insurance fee will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless we sent an item in error.
• Items must be returned unworn, in original condition, with the original Zack & Elle boxes and the matching IGI certificate. All returns are inspected before a refund is issued.
• Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after inspection.

Exceptions

• Items that have been resized, altered, or show signs of wear or damage cannot be returned and will be sent back to the sender.
• Engraved, embossed, custom, and personalized products (including initials, lettering, birthstones and custom sizes) are FINAL SALE.
• Any variation in size, color, or customization not available for "as-is" purchase on our website is a custom order and is FINAL SALE.
• Gift card purchases cannot be refunded.

If your made-to-order item is still in production and has not yet shipped, you may cancel your order for a full refund.
