Shipping Policy

For your protection, Zack & Elle® always:

  • Insures and registers all items for their full value.
  • Requires that all deliveries are made to a physical business or home address only. We do not ship to P.O. box addresses.
  • Requires an adult to sign for the delivery for orders over $250.

International shipments can be processed online. Customs processes and import duties are the responsibility of the customer; please check with your local customs office for information. Contact us with any international shipping questions.

Zack & Elle® is committed to timely delivery for your order. However, delivery delays due to inclement weather conditions, carrier delays or incorrect addresses are beyond our control. Shipping fees are non-refundable. An alternative shipping method may be used when deemed appropriate to reach your target destination and target delivery date. On the rare occasion that your order is tampered with or lost during shipment, you must report this to Zack & Elle®  within 5 days of receiving your tracking number.

Free Shipping both ways with Fedex

We offer free FedEx shipping on every US, and Canadian order. To make your Zack & Elle® purchasing experience as stress-free as possible, we also offer free return shipping on all orders from the US, and Canada.

 

 

Because we make most items to order, time from order to delivery will vary depending on the item ordered. All orders are shipped via FedEx and are scheduled to arrive on or before the expected delivery date shown in the order confirmation. Some orders may arrive earlier than the expected delivery date if they are ready. You will receive an email confirmation once your order ships. We also offer an option for complimentary pick up at our showroom in NYC.

At Zack & Elle®, we have shared in the unforgettable moments of our customers, and we understand that jewelry is often given for special surprise occasions such as an engagement. Please let us know what we can do to make sure you maintain your surprise. Special arrangements, such as Saturday delivery, delivery on a particular date, or holding at a FedEx location, can be made by contacting us. Expedited order service is available on many items for an additional fee. All orders are presented in distinctive eco-friendly packaging!

Placing and Tracking Orders

Zack & Elle® provides online order processing or if you prefer, we can process your order over the phone. Please Contact Us to place your order. It is our pleasure to have one of our experienced representatives assist you! Please note that your order will be processed only after your credit card is approved or alternate payment is made.

Once you place your order and payment is received, you will receive an order confirmation email. If you do not receive the confirmation email, Contact Us for the status of your order.

Once Zack & Elle® ships your order, you will receive another confirmation email indicating when you should expect to receive your package.
