Free Insured FedEx Shipping in the US
Every US order ships free via fully insured FedEx Overnight or 2-Day delivery — a $35 value, included on every purchase. A tracking number is provided by email or text, and a Zack & Elle representative will contact you to confirm delivery.
- Every shipment is insured for its full value.
- Deliveries are made to physical home or business addresses only — no P.O. boxes. We can also ship to your nearest FedEx location for secure pickup.
- A signature is required on every delivery.
Made-to-Order Timing
Most pieces are handcrafted to order in our NYC workshop, so time from order to delivery varies by item — diamond studs typically ship within 2 business days, and made-to-order rings take longer. Your order confirmation shows the expected delivery date, and you'll receive an email with tracking the moment your piece ships. Some orders arrive early when they're ready sooner.
Surprise Occasions
Buying a surprise? We've helped with thousands of them. We can hold your package at the nearest FedEx location, arrange Saturday or specific-date delivery, and keep all communication discreet — just contact us after ordering.
NYC Showroom Pickup
Complimentary pickup is available at our Diamond District showroom at 62 West 47th Street, Suite 1211, New York, NY 10036 — by appointment.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide via FedEx International Priority with prior approval. Delivery times depend on your country's customs process, and import duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility. Military personnel may ship to APO/FPO addresses free of charge. Contact us before placing an international order.
Returns
Every order is covered by our 30-day return policy. We issue a prepaid, fully insured FedEx return label; a $75 return shipping and insurance fee is deducted from your refund. See the full Return Policy for details.
Delivery Issues
Delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or incorrect addresses are outside our control, and shipping fees are non-refundable. If your package appears lost or tampered with, report it to us within 5 days of receiving your tracking number and we'll resolve it — every shipment is fully insured.
Placing and Tracking Orders
Order online any time, or contact us to order by phone with one of our representatives. You'll receive an order confirmation email once payment is approved, and a shipping confirmation with tracking when your piece is on its way.
